Nervous System creates experimental jewelry, combining nontraditional materials like silicone rubber and stainless steel with rapid prototyping methods. We find inspiration in complex patterns generated by computation and nature.
"To evolve such forms, we systematically engage in generative processes. Instead of designing a specific form, we craft a system whose result is a myriad of distinct creations. These systems are interactive, responding both to changes in specific variables and to physical inputs. There is no definitive, final product, instead the many designs created allow for mass customization."

Ah, l’hyperréalisme et ses troublantes visions photo réalistes. Technique visant à confondre le spectateur et à la perdre en conjectures. “C’est une photo ? C’est fait à main-levée ? Penses-tu, c’est décalqué…” etc…
Je ne sais pas comment travaille Jeremy Geddes, mais il a su renouveler le genre depuis quelques années.
Il ne se contente pas de représenter des scènes du quotidien comme c’est souvent le cas dans cette discipline de la peinture.
Tel un Norman Rockwell dopé aux visions oniriques ou horrifiques, il dépeint des cosmonautes flottant dans les rues de villes désertes ou bien des portions de violents combats à venir ou achevés.
